We are so psyched for you to get your NONA bag! Your order will be on its way to you within 2 to 3 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch of your order so you can track that baby all the way to your front door.

Shipping times and rates only apply to the contiguous United States at this time. For our dear friends in Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO, US Territories or international orders, please contact us at nonabagcompany@gmail.com.

PRE-ORDERED / WAITLISTED ITEMS

We are just as excited for you to have our bags as you are! We will send you updates closer to the ship date as well as a shipping confirmation with tracking info when your items are on their way.

RETURNS

 Our priority is for you to LOVE your bag. We are happy to answer any questions you may have before ordering to ensure you will be very happy with your purchase. In the event you would like to make a return, please contact us with your order information at: nonabagcompany@gmail.com with "RETURNS" in the subject line. 

Items must be in new and unused condition with tags attached and all accessories included. We do not accept items that have been damaged or used by the client.

Please return your order with an insured, trackable courier and retain your receipt. NONA is not held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number and once we receive your return, you will be notified and your return will be processed.

We cannot refund shipping charges.
